3. Product description: 8.5-24 steel tubeless wheels are suitable for medium and long distance light trucks and buses.
4.Process and material: 8.5-24 steel tubeless wheels are made of 380CL and 440CL special steel with high strength and strong toughness. The disc is thinned from top to bottom by spinning process, and the steel density is enhanced. The rim is rolled by flash seamless welding process. Zero gap pressing submerged arc welding is used to improve the dynamic balance effect of the wheel. The semi-finished product coating process after finishing grinding adopts the double layer baking process of pickling phosphating cathodic electrophoresis, and the film thickness of the finished product is uniform and the gloss is good. The color and thickness can be varied with the custom-made styles of customers, and the outer packaging of products is flexible. The newly developed lightweight high-strength wheels are made of 540cl and 590cl high-strength steel. The weight is reduced by 20% under the same load capacity, and the cost performance is better than that of the same type of aluminum wheel.
